We knew if we needed something or had any questions you were willing to do whatever you could to get the answers we needed. You even stopped your busy day to pick my husband up, since we didn't have a vehicle down here yet, and you drove him around. Home buying is always a stressful situation. And coming from another state, we were afraid that our house in Ohio wouldn't sell, and the offer here could fall through. Leland was not only our realtor but he became our friend. He kept us balanced. He talked us through many tense hours and was the calming voice at the other end of the phone. He took care of all the business of buying, selling and all the contacts that needed to be in place. If that was not enough he always reassured us everything would work out, and it did.
